Recruitment type	Air conditioning engineer (new graduates and inexperienced welcome/experienced preferred)
Business content	Design and construction of air conditioning equipment Supports a wide range of applications, from large-scale sites such as hospitals and factories to air conditioner installation in general homes.
Eligibility for application	Ordinary car license (required) Recommended qualifications/experience: 1st class pipe construction construction management engineer, gas welding operation chief, site management experience, etc.
Work place	Head office and various construction sites (business trips available) Those who wish can work overseas from 2026 onwards.
Working hours	Variable working hours system (basic 8:00-17:00/actual working 7 hours) Overtime: Approximately 10 to 20 hours per month
Holidays/Vacation	Closed on Sunday Golden Week, Summer Vacation, Winter Vacation paid holiday
Salary	Trial period 6 months: Monthly salary 180,000 yen (transportation expenses and overtime paid separately) After promotion to full-time employee: Monthly salary starting from 239,200 yen (Fixed overtime fee of 59,200 yen/includes 45 hours, excess work will be paid separately) Annual income example: 1st year 3.2 million yen/2nd year 4 million yen Bonus: Twice a year (200,000 yen to 800,000 yen/depending on performance)
Allowances	Commuting allowance/Business trip allowance/Certification allowance (salary increases and allowances will be given after obtaining qualifications) Family allowance/maternity leave system available
